主要從事水產病害防控和抗病遺傳育種研究;具體涉及病原學研究,、水產疫苗及診斷試劑盒等防控產品開發(fā)和魚類抗病遺傳育種研究,;主持國家自然科學基金、省自然科學基金重點項目等科研項目40多項,;發(fā)表學術論文146篇,,其中SCI論文72篇;申請國家發(fā)明專利56項,,授權31項,,轉化5項;參編專著7本,,其中英文專著1本,;制定國家、行業(yè)及地方標準6項,;獲得省科技進步二等獎等科技獎9項,;開發(fā)出診斷試劑盒、疫苗,、中藥制劑等產品20多種,。
