熊幫云,,女,博士,,主要從事納米多孔功能材料研究,。目前在研一項國家自然科學基金項目和一項廣東省自然科學基金項目,。項目主要是基于慢正電子束技術在多孔薄膜電極材料表征上的獨特優(yōu)勢,,研究介孔TiO2薄膜電極的微觀結構(晶體結構,、表面結構,、缺陷結構,、介孔結構)與電子輸運性質之間的聯(lián)系,。期望確立電子在介孔TiO2薄膜電極中傳輸?shù)奈⒂^機理,為薄膜電子器件的開發(fā)提供理論基礎和實驗指導,。近五年,,以第一作者發(fā)表SCI論文4篇,EI論文2篇,,核心論文1篇,;申請發(fā)明專利2項,實用新型專利1項;以口頭報告或墻報的形式參加國際會議5次,,全國性會議2次,。
